Pitre & Associates Successfully Secures a US Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit Remand on a MSPB Whistleblower IRA Appeal

A. Marques Pitre successfully argued before the US Court of Appeals that the decision by the Merit Systems Protection Board denying our Client corrective action in her claims filed under the Whistleblower Protection Act were arbitrary, capricious, an abuse of discretion, or otherwise not in accordance with law; obtained without procedures required by law, rule, or regulation having been followed; orĀ unsupported by substantial evidence.

The Court ruled in favor this firm, and in doing so, vacated and remanded a portion of the case back to the MSPB for further deliberation. You can review the Opinion of the Court below.
