Pitre & Associates Successfully Negotiates $10,000 Settlement in Client’s [1] Discrimination Case Against a Private Sector Employer

The client contacted Pitre & Associates after being subjected to discrimination and wrongful termination by her employer after she became pregnant.  The firm was able to successfully negotiate a favorable settlement on behalf of the client, which included a monetary award totaling $10,000 without having to engage in a lengthy EEOC Hearing process.

The client had the following to add to this success story:

Pitre & Associates was the only law firm that I called that believed in my story and also saw that I was being discriminated against because of my pregnancy and race. Also, Melissa Lovell, my lawyer was great, and represented me very well in my case.
