Pitre & Associates Successfully Negotiates $15,000 Settlement in Client’s [1] Discrimination Case

After months of being subjected to an ongoing pattern and practice of discrimination, hostile work environment harassment, and retaliation by the Agency due to her race, age and engaging in prior protected activity, the client retained our firm to assist her in the processing of her EEO Complaint. Prior to the start of the discovery phase in the EEOC process, the firm successfully negotiated a favorable settlement on behalf of the client, which included a monetary award totaling $15,000, plus the return of annual leave taken as a result of the Agency’s discrimination.
