After filing an EEOC Hearing Request, Pitre & Associates contacted the Agency to propose settlement. In less than a month after proposing settlement, Pitre & Associates was able to successfully negotiate and settle the client’s case to the client’s full satisfaction. The settlement agreement included an award totaling $8,750.
