Aiko Marcial Rivera

Aiko, a Southern California native, graduated with her J.D. from American University. She comes to the firm with an extensive background in labor and employment law after unionizing her workplace and working as an employment law paralegal prior to law school. During her time in law school, she was a Peggy Browning Fellow where she first clerked in-house at a union then a union-side labor firm expanding her knowledge in public sector labor law.

Aiko was also a law clerk in-house at a union pension fund where she continued to develop as a well-rounded worker rights advocate. Aiko is excited to continue being an advocate for workers.
